Digital Goods and Subscriptions
All products purchased through our app are digital goods, including tokens and monthly subscriptions. Once a transaction is successfully completed, you are unable to request a refund for any items purchased.
Tokens purchased in the app must be spent within the app and cannot be refunded. Similarly, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are responsible for canceling your subscription. We are unable to process any refund requests for subscription cancellations once payment has been processed.
Refunds for Non-Delivery of Digital Goods
If you purchase digital goods within the app and have not received them, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at support@detekfit.com with your order receipt or invoice.
